Nokia will unveil six new devices at Nokia World on October 22nd according to reports.
The event marks the return of the company’s Nokia World events. Next month’s event will take place in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
In addition to being the return of Nokia World, the event will see the unveiling of six devices according to The Verge, citing sources. According to the site, two of those devices will be in the Lumia range.
Previous reports have said that Nokia is working on two new Lumia devices: a six-inch phablet known as the 1520 and a Windows RT tablet called the 2520.
According to The Verge, one of the devices will be “pretty special”.
The other devices are expected to be Asha-based handsets. Little is known about those handsets.
The Middle East and Africa are still major markets for Nokia’s older feature phones, so it make sense for the company to unveil new devices there.
